Hi.
My name is Lori Osterberg. Let me begin by telling you a little bit
about myself. I began by growing up in a middle-income family in suburbia
America. I was raised to go to college, get a good job, and dedicate
yourself to your company for the rest of your life. (Or at least until
I began a family!)
Funny how
things turn out differently! After a few years in the corporate life,
I discovered working for one company was not only detrimental to my
lifestyle, it was one of the riskiest forms of earning money out there!
I sought out a different path.
Yet being
an entrepreneur isn't as easy as it sounds either. When you're in business
for yourself, it's a constant battle of keeping everything running in
an efficient manner. What I soon realized is one job far outweighed
everything else I did. That job was marketing. As long as I continually
marketed, I was successful.
What do I
consider to be successful? My first company went from $60k to $250k
in sales in 1 year. It became one of the premier wedding photography
studios on the Internet. (And all of our sales were made working 40
days a year!)
And success
continues to grow from there.
Believe it
or not, it is just as easy creating a $250k company, as
it is to make $60k. And when you create your first $250k, it's just
as easy to move up to $500k. And so on. It's all in the way you approach
your daily activities.
You develop
your marketing habits based off of your current situation. If you are
making $40k a year, you have $40k habits. You approach every situation
with a $40k mentality.
But when
you increase your potential to $500k a year, you develop an entirely
different set of habits. You approach every situation differently. You
market yourself to your audience differently, because you have different
expectations.
And it all
comes down to your mindset, and the way you market yourself and your
ideas.
Regardless
of how much you have or don't have, you are much closer to achieving
success then you think.
In fact,
you are so close you don't even see it.
Success is
based solely on proven formulas and systems.
